Manufactured & designed locally, our in house products will give your vehicle improved performance, better fuel economy, and a more desirable sound. Not only are they more durable as well, there's no need for retuning the ECU or a dyno run. They also give a better towing experience.

Our exhausts are easy to install, and don’t require complicated ECU remapping or tuning on the dyno. Our systems are CNC mandrel bent, using 3 inch aluminised steel tubing or upgrade to our 409 grade stainless steel options, 10mm thick cut laser plates & EGT Pyrometer fittings to ensure maximum durability, and maximum satisfaction with your upgrade!

Should the item you receive be faulty in any way, please contact us and we’ll make sure the correct process is followed so the issue can be addressed as quickly as possible for you.

  1. Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.   
  2. Remove centre connecting pipe and flex join pipe from the vehicle.  
  3. Remove gear box bracket.
  4. Unbolt the four tail shaft bolts and move tail shaft to the side.
  5. Remove turbo dump pipe heat shield.
  6. Remove turbo dump pipe. We advise to spray the 2 nuts and 2 bolts with WD40 before removing. Hint: It is sometimes easier to remove the bottom RHS turbo bolt from underneath the car using an extension bar.
  7. Insert the supplied EGT plug into the turbo dump pipe.
  8. Fit the turbo dump pipe section to the turbo outlet flange using the two supplied M10x1.25 nuts, two M10x1.5 studs and two M10x1.5 nuts. Tighten all 4 nuts.
  9. Fit the front pipe section to the turbo dump pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  10. Re fit the tail shaft back into place using the four factory nuts and bolts.
  11. Fit the cat/cat delete flex section to the front pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  12. Re fit the gear box bracket as per image 1 using the four supplied nyloc nuts, washers, and bolts and two of the factory gear box bolts.
  13. Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  14. Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  15. Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
  16. Enjoy your IGNITE exhaust!
