Playtime/Ignite 3" (76mm) Turbo Back Sports Exhaust System Upgrade
Give your 4x4 a sweet upgrade with a new exhaust system. Manufactured & designed locally, our in house products will give your vehicle improved performance, better fuel economy, and a more desirable sound. They also give a better towing experience.
Our exhausts are easy to install, and don’t require complicated ECU remapping or tuning on the dyno. We use aluminised steel tubing or upgrade to our 409 grade stainless steel options, thick cut laser plates & EGT Pyrometer fittings to ensure maximum durability, and maximum satisfaction with your upgrade!
The exhaust system for the 3L Diesel Isuzu RC D-MAX (2007 - 2012) are available in these configurations:

Should the item you receive be faulty in any way, please contact us and we’ll make sure the correct process is followed so the issue can be addressed as quickly as possible for you.
- Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.
- Remove centre connecting pipe from the vehicle.
- Remove flex join pipe from the vehicle.
- Remove turbo dump pipe heat shield.
- Remove gear box bracket.
- Remove turbo dump pipe. We advise to spray the 4 nuts with WD40 before removing.
- Insert the supplied EGT plug into the turbo dump pipe.
- Fit the turbo dump pipe section to the turbo outlet flange using the four supplied M8x1.25 nuts. Re fit gear box bracket at the same time and then tighten all 4 nuts.
- Fit the cat/cat delete section to the turbo dump pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the flex join pipe to the cat/cat delete section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the small LWB connecting pipe to the flex pipe only if needed and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
