Introducing the First Australian-Made Exhaust System for the DT RAM 1500

We are delighted to present the first-ever Australian-made exhaust system for the increasingly popular DT RAM 1500. This vehicle is becoming a common sight on Australian roads, favoured for its impressive towing and touring capabilities. Building on the success of our exhausts for the DS Ram, launched in Australia in 2018, we are excited to offer this new product.

This exhaust system is compatible with all variants, including the factory-backed ASV RHD conversions and the SCD conversion, which maintains the original steering column position. We have also confirmed fitment on the newly released, supercharged powerhouse, the TRX.

Features of the Manta Exhaust for the DT RAM 1500

Our Manta Exhaust for the DT RAM 1500 includes:

• A set of 1 3/4in primary 4-into-1 headers, with 3in outlets (available with ceramic coating)
• A full twin 3in system with H-pipe, and hotdog + muffler centre
• Tailpipes with 5in chrome tips (also available with black tips)
• 4 - 5 hour fitting time (for the full system)
• 45 minutes fitting time (for the catback)
• An impressive V8 sound

Our full system routes the exhaust away from the transmission, behind the crossmember, thereby eliminating the issue of the exhaust contributing to the transmission temperature. Our catback system connects to the back of the factory Y-pipe, so it does not alter this area at all.

Important Information

Please note that your vehicle will need to be tuned after installing the Full Manta Exhaust System (not cat-back). You can use our Dealer Locator to find a tuning workshop near you. Also, please be aware that the tips will need to be welded onto the tailpipe to ensure correct alignment upon installation.

Additionally, please be aware that medium noise levels may result in some cabin drone when towing. For these applications, we recommend our quieter option.
