Pacemaker & King Brown Manufacturer Warranty Details

All Pacemaker and King Brown products include a manufacturer warranty starting from the date of invoice.

Warranty Periods

• Pacemaker Headers: 2 years (12 months for LPG applications)
• Pacemaker Exhausts: 5 years (excluding catalytic converters)
• King Brown Exhausts: 5 years (excluding catalytic converters)

Warranty Terms

Replacement parts will be issued after inspection by the manufacturer. This may require returning the product to our Sunbury head office for evaluation. Replacement parts (no refunds) will be provided for the following issues:

• Item is damaged and unusable upon arrival.
• The product has a manufacturing fault.
• The product has failed due to a defect in manufacturing or quality.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not apply if:

• Parts are incorrectly installed.
• Parts are abused, altered, or damaged in any way.
• Parts are not properly maintained.
• Parts are used outside the manufacturer’s specifications, including use on modified engines, high-performance vehicles, or race cars.

Important Notes

The manufacturer warranty covers replacement of the part only. It does not cover additional costs such as labour, fitting, or damages. Playtime Auto Parts is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or third-party claims arising from defects.
